Tindley School - Knowledge is Strength

The Charles A. Tindley Accelerated School is a public charter school for grades 6 through 12 created for a single purpose: to prepare graduates to apply, be accepted and excel at selective colleges and universities.  This purpose defines Tindley’s culture and motivates every member of the faculty, staff and student body.

From day one, we approach all our students assuming that they are gifted and talented and we provide them and their families every tool and opportunity to pursue and achieve their dreams. All our students, whether they enter above, at or below their grade level, come to believe in their potential and view themselves as scholars. Knowledge is strength is our motto and our driving force.
