College or Die

College or Die---the words are emblazoned on the wall of the first hallway students and parents walk into at Tindley. The words are bold, even startling; that’s intentional.

At Tindley, we believe in our students’ dreams. But we want them to know that those dreams are possible only if they make the conscious decision to become scholars. Those dreams are possible only if they prepare for and attend a selective college or university.

Tindley doesn’t just emphasize academics. We powerfully state that academics always come first, no exceptions, no excuses.

Our students work incredibly hard. Parents need to actively support them and the school. And our teachers work longer and harder than any you have ever met. But the wall of acceptance letters from some of the most selective colleges and universities in the country makes every second worth it. View our college acceptances here.

College or Die ultimately translates into College and Succeed.
